I have talked a lot about the dreaded Microsoft pop-up scam. I usually hear about this one a few times a month but recently I have been dealing with it on an almost daily basis. 

Apple users also need to be aware of this because it has also been popping up on Macbooks. Contrary to what Apple used to tell everyone, Macs can and do get viruses and they need anti-virus software too. The reason they used to never get viruses is there were too few macs for the scammers to care about them. That has changed.
